Refund Policy

Homecoming Tours
Website: https://homecoming.tours/

Our Approach

At Homecoming Tours, each experience is carefully curated and capacity is intentionally limited. As such, all bookings are subject to the following refund terms, designed to balance flexibility with the planning commitments required to deliver a premium experience.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Deposits secure your place and initiate planning, logistics, and supplier commitments.

Cancellations by Guest

Refunds are determined based on the timing of your cancellation:

60+ days prior to departure
Payments made beyond the deposit may be issued as a credit toward a future Homecoming Tours experience (valid for 12 months).

30–59 days prior to departure
Up to 50% of the total trip cost may be retained. Partial refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

Less than 30 days prior to departure
All payments are non-refundable.

No-shows
Non-refundable.

Credits

Where applicable, credits:

• Must be used within 12 months of issuance
• Are non-transferable unless otherwise approved
• May be applied to any available Homecoming Tours experience

Cancellations or Changes by Homecoming Tours

In the unlikely event that Homecoming Tours cancels or significantly modifies a tour due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer to a future experience

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Failure to obtain required travel documents (passport, visa, vaccinations)
• Missed flights or travel delays
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Voluntary early departure from the tour

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
