While not mandatory, travel insurance is strongly recommended. We advise obtaining comprehensive coverage that includes medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and other travel-related issues. Please note that PanaGenius is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of insurance.
The only mandatory health requirement for entry into Ghana is proof of yellow fever vaccination. We recommend consulting your doctor for advice on any additional vaccinations or health precautions.
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your participation, 50% of the full payment will be refunded up to one month before the trip. Payments for accommodations, meals, and sightseeing are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their flights to and from Accra, Ghana (Airport code; ACC). Please ensure you arrive in Accra by 11:59 PM GMT on August 12, 2025. The departure date is August 17, 2025.

No, any activities not listed in the itinerary are not included and must be arranged and paid for separately by the participant.
