1. Introduction

Welcome to Homecoming Tours. By booking or participating in any of our experiences, including BlackStars Tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and a seamless experience for all guests.

2. Booking & Reservation

• A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
• Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Full payment must be completed no later than 60 days prior to the departure date.
• Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of deposit.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing includes only the items specifically outlined in the itinerary.
• Homecoming Tours reserves the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen cost changes (e.g., taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier increases), though confirmed bookings will be honored at agreed rates where possible.

4. Guest Responsibility (Important)

All guests are required to:

• Carefully review the official tour brochure and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) available on our website prior to completing full payment.
• Reach out to Homecoming Tours for clarification on any aspect of the itinerary, inclusions, or policies before making final payment.

By completing full payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed the brochure and FAQ in full
• You understand the scope of the experience, inclusions, and exclusions
• You have no outstanding questions or uncertainties

5. Cancellation Policy

By Guest

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Any additional payments (beyond deposit) may be applied as credit toward a future Homecoming Tours experience within 12 months.
• Cancellations made 30–59 days before departure: Up to 50% of total trip cost may be retained.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost is non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

By Homecoming Tours

Homecoming Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify a trip due to:

• Insufficient participation
• Safety concerns
• Unforeseen events (force majeure)

In such cases, guests will receive:

• A full refund or
• The option to transfer to a future tour

6. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including:

• Trip cancellation/interruption
• Medical coverage
• Emergency evacuation
• Lost baggage

Homecoming Tours is not responsible for losses incurred due to lack of insurance.

7. Travel Requirements

Guests are responsible for:

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
• Visa requirements (if applicable)
• Required vaccinations and health documentation

Failure to meet entry requirements is the responsibility of the traveler and is non-refundable.

8. Itinerary Changes

While we aim to deliver the itinerary as published, Homecoming Tours reserves the right to:

• Adjust schedules
• Substitute accommodations or experiences
• Modify activities

Such changes may occur due to weather, logistics, or operational needs and will be made in the best interest of the guest experience.

9. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Respect local customs and cultural norms
• Follow instructions from tour hosts and guides
• Conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the experience of others

Homecoming Tours reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

10. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in tour activities.

Homecoming Tours is not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Illness
• Loss or damage of personal belongings

Participation is at your own risk.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Homecoming Tours acts as a coordinator of travel services and is not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party providers
• Delays, cancellations, or disruptions outside our control
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics

12. Media & Content Release

By participating in a Homecoming Tours experience, you grant permission for:

• Photography and video capture
• Use of your likeness for promotional and marketing purposes

If you prefer not to be included, you must notify us in writing prior to the tour.

13. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods will be outlined during booking. Installment plans may be offered at the discretion of Homecoming Tours.

14. Force Majeure

Homecoming Tours is not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Civil unrest
• Public health emergencies

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which Homecoming Tours operates.
